Absolutely stunning and luxury place, it has smart staff with their friendly manner. The breakfast is served in the garden! The location is beautiful, 5 km from Port of Kos.

We had a truly amazing experience at Diamond Deluxe Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel itself had a beautiful design, with large crystal clear water pools throughout the property. The highlight for us was the DJ who played chill music three nights a week, creating a great atmosphere. The food was tasty and fresh, and the service was well-organized. We also loved the convenient location, being close to both the city center and the sea. our stay was quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable.

Very stylish and chic Hotel

Pool and hot tub was not warm. They charged by card before I got there even when I booked with Booked.net and I thought I was going to pay when I got there... I even bought extra cash for that.

Location and friendly staff at the Pool Bar ! Breakfast was also good and friendly people that serves the food !

We booked the diamond suite and ....No Internetconection in the rooms, only in the Lobby ;-( ! Roomservice only from noontime untill 5 PM ;-(. No minibar in the room, only a fridge, empty :-(. Poolwater cold as ice ;-( This is really not a 5 star Hotel. People at the lobby desk unfriendly ! Pitty, but i believe this hotel needs a new manager !

I recently stayed at Diamond Deluxe Hotel for a relaxing 3-day getaway. The spacious rooms and hot tub in the bathroom were absolutely delightful. The breakfast spread had a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff at the spa went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant with their excellent treatments. The elegant interior and serene surroundings added to the overall luxury feel of the property. The dinner served by the restaurant personnel was of exceptional quality, and the service provided by Sameer, Zeitzan, and Dimitris was always efficient and accompanied by their warm smiles. I can't wait to return next summer!

What we liked most: quality of service, good food, the polls ans tennis facilities, staff friendliness, good value. I found some negative comments on bookings.com quite surprizing, as our stay there was a real delight. Food is excellent and the french speaking staff very helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel.

location a bit far from the city. In Kos there is not much to see.

Our room itself was good-sized and airy by red rose petals. The service was fantastic with a quick check-in.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic, knowing our names and providing exceptional service. The rooms were comfortable and the spa and gym facilities were excellent. The pool was huge and beautiful, with comfortable sunbeds. The poolbar had great service.

My choice of the hotel was based on few factors: modern design, cleanness, the environent of the hotel and space of rooms.I was happy my expectations were aproved.

The food coud have beeen more varried esp for organic food consumers. We missed the variety of fish, salads and juice. I would recommend to pay for the booking of the hotel in advance, as you can face slow service and leave the hotel without getting your invoice and worried not to miss your flight. The shuttle service doesn't work so getting to the hotel can appear to be costly. Please be focused on covering the restaurant bills, as they tend to be typically bigger. The spa and gym services haven't been developed yet.The entertainment is very limited and the hotel is more or less european biased, so don't expect to hear any Greek folk or pop music that we missed a lot.

We had a fantastic time. We booked spacious superior double room with a balcony and could use wake-up service, available in it:)))

We just spent a lovely week at Diamond and everything was perfect. Staff and service is great. Design of hotel is really nice and rooms are clean and confortable. Food buffet is really good and the meitre Alex is always ready to do his best to offer you a great service.

Excellent hotel, kind and helpful staff. Fantastic choice of food, everyone could find what they like and all loved it. Comfortable rooms. Many pools, and very good was the heated pool, as we were visiting in the start of April, that was the only place where we could have a swim the sea was too cold. We had the best time there. We rented a car at the airport and found our way around very good.

Guest parking lot a bit small, but we kind a always managed to find a spot. All was very good, do recommend this hotel for everyone that wants to have a worry free few days vacation.
